BUS BENCH ART SHOW
A friend, Joe Amrhein, started this bus bench art show when he owned his own sign shop. The show was updated for a couple of years, and ran its course. At the time I had a studio on the second floor of Levinson’s bookstore on 10 th street in the heart of downtown Sacramento where the show ran. I still remember walking by my “closed bench” and chuckling at the people who would observe the caution. The newsclip above ran in the San Francisco Examiner and was later picked up by AP and ran in the National Enquier.
